You will learn to recognise burnout symptoms, such as exhaustion, mood swings, and anxiety and to use tools to help you prioritise what needs to be done today, versus next week or next month. We will help you to say no more often and have the confidence to ask for support. Managing your workload will help you to feel happier, more confident, and better equipped to handle any challenges that come your way. By listening to this hypnotherapy session you will learn to recognise and manage stress and pressure much more effectively.
We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to helping you be free from burnout and better able to function at your optimum level.
